Miss Allie Mae Bettis, age 86, passed away, Sunday, April 13, 2008. Miss Bettis was a native and lifelong resident of Forsyth County. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.  Survivors include her sisters Martha Bettis, Ruth Bettis, and Julia Bettis all of Cumming. Several cousins and other relatives also survive.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Orr , Rev. Larry Vaughan , and Rev. John Lummus officiating. The remains will be placed in state at the church at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Monday, April 14, 2008 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday , April 15, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory, Cumming, Georgia, is in charge of the arrangements.
