Mrs. Barbara Jo (Peacock) Stanton, age 67 of Gainesville, passed away Monday, March 17, 2008.    Survivors include:  husband, Ernest Stanton; 2 beloved dogs, Jo and Beau; 1 cat, Lily; step daughter, Terri Thompson; step-son, Jason Stanton both of Loganville; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Mark Cobb of Ackworth; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Shirley Peacock of McDonough; brother, Charles Lynn Peacock of Gainesville; nieces and nephews, Steven and Sandra Cobb of FL, Lisa and Bobby Mills and children Justin and Mary of Kennesaw; Bonnie Peacock of Atlanta, Kelly and Daryl Stiles and son Nickelos of Williamson, Katie Peacock of Statesboro, Andrew Peacock and daughter, Maxiee Peacock of McDonough and William Peacock of FL; grandchildren, Nicole, Tyler and Ryleigh Thompson of Loganville and Allison, Cody and Baylee Stanton of Loganville.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.    In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara Stanton's memory to the Dawson County Humane Society - P.O. Box 360 - Dawsonville, GA  30534.  Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia will be in charge of arrangements.
