Cynthia B. Arnold born October 5, 1956, passed away Saturday February 16, 2008 at the age of 51.   A loving wife and mother, Cynthia was devoted to her family. She touched the lives of many, always providing a supportive shoulder to friends and generously giving of herself, her time, and her possessions. She will be greatly missed by the many people whose hearts she touched.   She is survived by: Husband, Josh Arnold, Daughter and Son-in-Law Melissa and Daryl Ruark, Son, Joshua Arnold, Grandchildren, Andrew and Nathan Ruark; and numerous other family members and friends.   In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriners of North America www.shrinershq.org and the Lupus Foundation of America www.lupus.org.  Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory, Cumming, GA in charge of arrangements.
