Mr. Emmitt Martin, age 77, of Cumming passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2008.  He was proceeded in death by his wife of 51 years, Barbara Jean Martin; parents, Otis and Vera Martin; brothers, B.J., Edwin and Ford Martin. Survivors include:  son and daughter-in-law, Richard E. and Judy B. Martin of Cumming; grandchildren, Neil and Lori Martin, Sandy and Eric Moore, Cindy and Stanley Shadburn, Jessie and Casey Gravitt; great grandchildren, Jack, Margaret & Miley Martin, Wesley and Sam Moore, Emma, Veralea and Otis Shadburn; sister, Nellie Hood; sister-in-laws, Agnes Martin and Ann Martin; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.   Funeral services will be held Friday, April 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Bennett, Rev. Johnnie Hanna and Rev. Greg Rawlins officiating.  Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens with Masonic Rites.  The family will receive friends Thursday, April 17, 2008, from 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, April 18, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia will be in charge of arrangements.
