Mr. Homer Loy Byers, Jr., age 29 of Cumming passed away Sunday, March 9, 2008.   Survivors include his parents Homer and Frances Byers of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law Lisa and Scott Spencer of Cumming: nephews Zack, Jay and Trey Spencer; nieces Erika and Erin Spencer; and several aunts and uncles and other relatives also survive.  Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens with Rev. Gary Coffey officiating.  The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Monday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Tuesday from 10:00 am until hour of service.  Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
