Mr. James Alex Pilgrim, age 91, of Cumming passed away Sunday, February 24, 2008.  He was a WWII Veteran in the US Army, a local farmer, and a life time resident of Forsyth County.  Mr. Pilgrim was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Marcus Pilgrim.  Survivors include:  wife, Annie Mae Pilgrim of Cumming; sister, Ruth Tallant of Cumming; brother and sisters-in-law, Eugene and Betty Sexton of Cumming and Frances Burruss of Cumming; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.  Funeral services will be held in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ruel Martin and Rev. Robert Martin officiating.  Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends Monday, February 25, 2008 from 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 26, 2008 from 12:00 noon until time of service.  Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory Cumming, GA in charge of arrangements.
