Mr. James E. Jennings, age 78 of Cumming, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2008. He was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine Jennings, granddaughter Deidra Jennings, parents Lantry and Mae Jennings and brothers Joe Jennings and Billie Jennings. Survivors include his children Bobby and Margie Jennings of Dawsonville, Jackie and Joan Jennings, Donna and Dennis Pilcher, Carroll and Denise Jennings, Harold and Kim Jennings, David and Angie Jennings and Danny and Sherri Jennings all of Cumming; 18 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother Oliver and Betty Jennings of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law Doris Ann and Harvey Vandergriff; sisters-in-law Lois Yarbrough of Cumming and Irene Yarbrough of TX; and a number of other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 3:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Holtzclaw, Rev. Lynn Jennings and Rev. Vernie Worley officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Monday from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm.
