Mr. James Harold Williams, age 75 of Cumming, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2008.   He was the owner of Payback, Inc., an apparel manufacturer and was a Veteran of the US Army serving for 3 years as a Sergeant in the Korean war.  Mr. Williams was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Alpharetta.

Survivors include:  children, Mr. & Mrs. James Stanley Williams of Cumming, Mr. & Mrs. David Skinner of Gainesville, Mr. & Mrs. Timothy Harold Williams of Cumming, Mr. & Mrs. Steve Allen Williams of Ballground, and Mr. & Mrs. Tim Smith of Canton; sisters, Latrelle Strickland and Kathryn Greene both of Canton; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 10, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church in Alpharetta with Rev. James McGaha, Rev. Gerald Richards and Rev. Todd Skinner officiating.  Interment will follow in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday, February 8, 2008, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  and Saturday, February 9, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia will be in charge of arrangements.
