Mr. Lanier Wade, age 70, a native and life long resident of Forsyth County, passed away Monday, March 17, 2008 following an extended illness.  Survivors include:  wife of 53 years, Jean Wade of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Nancy Wade of Cumming; daughters and sons-in-law, Kay and Vic Pruitt of Canton and Carla and Travis Buice of Dahlonega; grandchildren, Robby, Mitchell, Derick, Skye, Dakota, Jordan, Bobby, and Lindsey; great grandchildren, Rachel, Jada and Kole; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerral Richards and Rev. Gary Cowan officiating.  Interment will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Acworth.  The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 18, 2008, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  and Wednesday, March 19, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.  Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia will be in charge of arrangements.
