Rose Ann Wenzel, 54, of Cumming, GA, passed peacefully into the arms of our Saviour on Saturday, February 23, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Visitation will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Ingram Funeral Home, Cumming, GA on Monday, February 25, 2008.  A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Lanier United Methodist Church, Cumming, GA. Services and interment will be held in Kingsley, IA, on Friday, February 29 under the direction of Rohde Earnest Funeral Home.     Rose is survived by her husband, Michael Smith; a daughter, Megan Alexander (nee Babcock) and her husband Jason Alexander; a daughter, Michelle Babcock; and a son, Heath Babcock.  She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kelli, Alyssa, and Rebecca; a brother, Eugene and his wife Danita; her twin sister, Roxie Lehner (nee Wenzel) and her husband Steve Lehner; and numerous nieces and nephews.     Rose was preceded is death by her mother, Charlotte (nee Schuldt); father, Verlyn; and a brother Neal.     Rose had an extensive career in ER nursing at various hospitals in Iowa, Nevada and Georgia.  Most recently she had been practicing at North Fulton Hospital in Alpharetta, GA.
