Mr. Wendell Fred Edwards, age 67, of Dawsonville, passed away Friday, April 18, 2008.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Doc Lester Edwards, Sr. and Froine Edwards; brother, Doc Lester Edwards, Jr. Survivors include:  wife, Joyce Lee Edwards of Dawsonville; sons, Dwayne Edwards and Randy Edwards both of Canton, Ricky Edwards of Forsyth; sisters and brother-in-law, Juanita Barnes of Canton, Gwenn and Hoyt Padgett of Cumming, Jenatte Bell of Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, Grady and Linda Edwards of Canton, Roger and Mavis Edwards of Jasper; grandchildren, Brandon and Haleigh Edwards and Rachel Edwards several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.   Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 20, 2008 at 400 p.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Edward Callahan officiating.  Interment at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA at a later date.  The family will receive friends Saturday, April 19, 2008, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 20, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia will be in charge of arrangements.
